- Two Bedroom Apartment "preferably with a balcony, and a nice kitchen"
- Furnished office space -
Elegant Hotel Lobby (for 1 day only)
- Party Hall / Banquet Hall (for 1 day only)
- Nice Restaurant (for 1 day only)- Shopping Mall "Santa Clause Display Area" (required for few hours only)
- Auditorium "Theatre Style Seating"- Upscale Ballroom "preferably with wooden floors and chandeliers" (for 3 or 4 days)
- House Exterior "Preferably with interesting architecture" (for 2 hrs only)- Lounge / Nightclub (for 2 days only)
- Boat / Yacht (for few hrs only)
- Rooftop / Balcony - with a nice view of the Washington DC skyline
